Hackneyed Portraits with Roses

These are usual portraits with roses. I don’t think that portraits with petals of flowers have to be emotional and romantic. A gaze can be rude and straightforward. This photoshoot is a story of absurdity and stupidity of stereotypes. I have tried to deconstruct stereotypical beauty: there is a rosy surface and nothing else in the totally dark background. You can’t get through this shallow surface deeper and find the stronger idea behind it. I think that’s what absurdity looks like. This is its artistic expression.
